We ship within Austria with the Austrian Post. In all the other EU-countries you will receive your items with UPS.

Your items will be with you 4-5 business days after your order.

You can return any item ordered on to our logistics partner (ESCADA Logistik GmbH, Kammer 35, 4974 Reichersberg, Austria) within 14 days from the date of delivery. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We will cover the cost of returning the items if you return the shipment by UPS (Germany) or by post (Austria). You will find the respective return labels in your package. For logistical reasons, we send your shipments via the nearest UPS depot in Germany, Otzingen, to our logistics center in Reichersberg, Austria.

You will receive an email with the shipping confirmation. In it you will find the shipment number. You can use this shipping number to track the order directly with the respective shipping service provider. This also works for guest orders. (Please delete this email only after receiving the shipment!)

To make your shopping in the Schneiders Online Shop as comfortable and secure as possible, we offer you three different payment methods:
- Credit card (Mastercard, VISA, American Express)
- PayPal
- Purchase on invoice (via Klarna)

To guarantee the best possible protection of your data, your credit card information is transmitted in encrypted form and is not stored by us. Our payment system is additionally certified according to the 3-D Secure/ Verified by Visa / American Express Safekey procedure. These procedures protect your credit card data via security code.

Your credit card will be charged when the order is shipped. Your Paypal account will be charged immediately after order entry. The invoice from Klarna is due 14 days after receipt of the order.

Delivery is currently only possible to all EU-countries. Shipping to other countries is currently under development. If you are in another country and want to purchase Schneider's products, please use the Store Finder to find the nearest store.

Creating a customer account has many advantages for you: delivery address management, invoice address management, exclusive offers, archiving your orders, retrieving tracking numbers and invoices at any time.

With a guest order you do not create a customer account on and do not receive the advantages of a customer account.
