Returns

We would be happy if you are satisfied with the items you want from Schneiders Salzburg. If this is not the case, our returns service is available to you free of charge. You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Please note the following points when sending your return:

• Fill out the enclosed return slip and enter the reason for the return of the item you are sending back.
• Put the completed form and the item you are sending back into the Schneiders Salzburg Box.
• Pack and seal the item carefully and attach the enclosed return label to the Schneiders Salzburg Box so that it is clearly visible.
• For returns with the Austrian Post, then hand the parcel to a branch of the Austrian Post.
• For returns with UPS Standard, drop off your package at a UPS shipping point or the UPS drop-off box.
• As soon as we have received the package, you will receive an automatic email.
• All returns confirmed in writing will be reimbursed to the card or account holder as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days.
• Please also note our guidelines for returns: Your right of return only applies to unworn, unwashed and flawless items that have a label. We ask for your understanding that the specified shipping options are only possible via the Austrian Post or UPS Standard. If you choose an alternative shipping option, you will have to pay the costs and insurance of the returned items yourself. Please note that Schneiders Salzburg does not accept any returns without a completed return slip. For logistical reasons, the Schneiders Salzburg returns department cannot accept returns without packaging or cash on delivery.
